What's a payment account?
For the Pay-As-You-Go model, a simple payment account is created to support the project. This makes it easy to fund development in flexible 5-hour blocks. If the balance reaches zero, work pauses temporarily and resumes the moment a top-up is made—just like a pre-paid mobile phone.
Is there a minimum payment?
To keep things accessible, starting a new project requires only a 5-hour initial payment to activate. Future top-ups must be at least 5 hours, keeping control completely in your hands.
Do you have a maximum payment?
Yes. Initially, your payment account can hold up to 40 hours of development time at any one time. While you can fund up to 40 hours in your account, actual work is scheduled in blocks based on current availability and agreed-upon lead times.
Can I get refunds for unused development time?
Yes. Any unused Pay-As-You-Go development time is fully refunded upon request.
What if my account runs out and my project isn't complete?
Just like a mobile phone, development pauses if the account runs empty. The project remains safe and active, and work picks up right where it left off as soon as the account is topped up.
What if a project goes inactive for a while?
If a project is inactive for 90 days, it is archived to keep the workspace organized. Any unused development time left in the account is refunded automatically.
